Glenn is a recognized provincial leader in city recreation management.  He is currently the Area Recreation Manager for the city and sits on the BC Physical Literacy Task Force.  He is also on the board of directors for the BCRP Foundation.

 

An accomplished athlete and coach, Glenn’s background includes being a member of Canada’s National Baseball Team where he competed in the World Championships and Goodwill Games.  He also earned a baseball scholarship to Washington State University where he competed against the elite in NCAA Division 1 play.

 

As a coach, Glenn coached both girls and boys basketball for Terry Fox Secondary, and helped the Junior boys team earn a Provincial Championship title.  He is a graduate of UBC with a degree in Human Kinetics. Glenn is also the founding co-race director for the PoCo Grand Prix professional cycling race.
