  • A founder of lacrosse in the Tri-Cities, serving 20 years with Tri-Cities Lacrosse Club

  • Co-founder of the Coquitlam Cheetahs Track & Field Club

  • President of the PoCo Minor Lacrosse Club

  • Asst. Coach for Simon Fraser University, winning the NAIA National Soccer Championship

  • A member of the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame

  • Ted passed in 2005, his legacy and contributions remain vibrant today. Represented at the awards evening by his son, Daren Fridge
